The Challenge


When Xigma Engineering Services found themselves faced with a looming marketing campaign, a full sales pipeline and numerous factories beginning to ramp up production it was clear that their company needed to get on the web. Looking for a cost-effective, highly-adaptable online solution on an extremely tight deadline, Xigma’s marketing department contacted Boxcar Studio to build a world-class website for their growing international business.  With expanding operations in the U.S. and Mexico, large pharmaceutical corporations and healthcare institutions as their primary clients and an extremely aggressive business plan, there was an increased sense of urgency for Xigma to establish an impressive online identity.
Xigma needed a solution that could accommodate future expansion in a variety of directions – and they needed it now.

The Solution


Boxcar Studio worked closely with Xigma’s marketing team to develop a new website from the ground up in a matter of months. Midway through the development phase of the project, Xigma made an important business decision to broaden the scope of the website and deliver targeted content for each of their key industries.  Boxcar Studio was able to quickly respond to this challenge and provide a number of additional deliverables while still adhering to the urgent timeframe required by the initial project scope. Since the launch of xigmaworks.com, Boxcar Studio has further implemented a number of enhancements that have proven the Xigma website to be a successful approach to building a highly extensible business solution – a notion that’s also been confirmed by extremely positive feedback from many of their clients.
